As a licensed psychotherapist and owner of Martino Health and Wellness, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome life’s challenges. With over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and children, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to grow into the best versions of themselves.
My experience spans many different backgrounds, focusing on trauma treatment, helping teens with executive functioning skills, and supporting families navigating the complexities of the court system. I am certified in forensic interviewing and trauma, which enhances my ability to work effectively in legal contexts and with vulnerable populations.
I specialize in working with children and teens facing behavioral and developmental challenges, leading therapy groups in schools, supporting children in foster care, and helping couples navigate relationship issues.
Outside of my clinical work, I am passionate about giving back to the community and have served on two local boards to shape mental health services. I believe in the power of community and building strong, supportive connections for lasting change.

I strive to make each client feel heard, valued, and safe. When we can achieve this, they will be on a path to mental wellness. I want to help each person learn new and better ways to communicate. Sometimes, we need to be heard by someone. I want to hear from each client by listening deeply to what they are saying. By listening to each person and helping them uncover the potential consequences of each decision, I can help them make the right choices. Each person's situation is unique and should be treated on its merit.

I am a master's-level clinical social worker with a specialty in cognitive behavioral therapy. I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities based on the client’s needs, including dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed practices. I believe therapy should be client-centered, and I work to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can heal at their own pace.
I typically work with children 12 and older, as well as middle-aged adults. My experience includes treating anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms and disorders, mood and personality disorders, neurodivergent behaviors, and life transitions. I encourage clients to view therapy as a space to explore and understand themselves in a safe environment, and, when ready, to learn tools to successfully navigate their lives.
I believe therapy is most effective when clients are committed and open to the process. If you're unsure about taking that first step, I’m happy to support you in working through this together and help you open up to the journey ahead.

I am a dedicated and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience in mental health. I believe that mental health is vital to overall well-being, impacting both mental and physical health and the management of co-existing conditions.
My goal is to alleviate mental health symptoms by creating personalized treatment plans for clients of all ages, using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. I strive to empower clients to make informed decisions about their care and advocate for their well-being.
I specialize in helping clients achieve fulfilling lives through individualized care and guiding them toward valuable resources. My approach emphasizes collaboration with primary care physicians and therapists to create client-centered care plans. I am skilled in medication management and treatment coordination with external healthcare providers.
My professional interests include behavioral health, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed care. I am experienced in treating a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and personality disorders.
I believe that mental health impacts every aspect of our lives and is influenced by various complex factors. After working for ten years as a registered nurse, I realized that all health begins with mental health. I became a nurse practitioner to help patients achieve their best and most fulfilled lives possible. I received my master’s degree in nursing from Wayne State University and am board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) across the lifespan through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
As a PMHNP, I focus on providing patients with tools to address their mental health concerns and maximize their wellness, primarily through medication management and building coping skills. I believe treatment should be individualized, and decision-making should be shared between the patient and provider. I look forward to working with patients of all ages and backgrounds to build strong relationships and enhance their long-term quality of life.
I was born and raised in West Michigan, am a huge sports fan, enjoy being active, and love anything related to mountains, especially hiking and snowboarding. I look forward to meeting you!
I have my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (AAS) from Ross Medical of Grand Rapids, making me a qualified Medical Assistant. Prior to starting this position, I worked as a Daycare teacher and a Care Aide for a local group home. Eventually, I transitioned into Homecare and Resident Assisting for the elderly, which in total has given me eight amazing years of caregiving. My biggest and most rewarding accomplishment is being a full-time mother. Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy cooking and reading while also running two businesses—one being Catering/Event Planning and the other an Online Clothing Store.
